All appointments are via telehealth (videoconferencing). I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for online telehealth sessions. It works from most computers, smartphones, and tablets. Telehealth saves time and increases access to treatment and many studies have shown that therapy is just as effective using telehealth as it is in person. I am able to provide telehealth therapy to adults living in the state of California, where I am licensed.

Therapy typically involves an initial assessment of your background, needs, and treatment goals (1-4 sessions). With your input, this process will lead to a treatment plan that we agree upon together. Therapy sessions typically occur once a week for 53 minutes and involve practicing skills outside of sessions.
